Keeper of tradfamily ions and creator of an exceptional legacy.

Granddaughter of Louis Anot “the Village Cooper”, Aurore grew up in the heart of the vineyards, bathed in the love of her family and the passion for champagne. 

For 21 years, she worked as an accountant in a cooperativeerative supply of wine, thus contributing to the growth of wine growers in the region.

In 2017, driven by a deep desire to perpetuate the family legacy, Aurore decided to embark on a daring adventure. She undertook the transformation work on her grandparents' house, giving birth to an exceptional gîte in 2019. A place where history mixes with modernity, creating a unique and warm atmosphere.

But Aurore didn't stop there. She also owns just under one hectare of vines from her parents, giving life to her own champagne: Dewitte Anot by Aurore. The love and know-how passed down from generation to generation are found in each bottle, offering visitors an incomparable taste experience.
